Another golden gem tucked inside Sydney International Airport Departures is Itacho Sushi. Itacho is a sister to the uber popular chain of great restaurants in Hong Kong and Singapore’s Orchard Road. Itacho wins hearts not only for it’s exceptional food, under the auspicious eye of chef Yoshi (an authentic Itacho sushi masterchef), but for Terri-san and the super friendly Japanese speaking crew on the cutting bench and helping guests find what they need.
